T&R Solutions successfully carried out a comprehensive mystery hotel audit across five West African countries—Mali, Senegal, Mauritania, Benin, and Guinea Bissau—from the 22nd to the 28th of September. The project was designed to evaluate service standards, guest experience, and operational efficiency in various hotels, with the goal of identifying areas for improvement.
The audit, conducted discreetly to ensure authentic feedback, involved in-depth assessments of the quality of services offered, staff professionalism, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction. Each hotel’s performance was reviewed against international standards, with special attention given to local challenges and opportunities.
The results of this audit will provide valuable insights that will assist these hotels in refining their services, boosting customer satisfaction, and enhancing their competitive edge in the hospitality industry.
